A Taste of PEI at BODEGA YYC. Try these fresh east A Taste of PEI at BODEGA YYC. Try these fresh east coast flavors until April 5th!
East meets west as BODEGA by Sabor on 4th Street p East meets west as BODEGA by Sabor on 4th Street presents a taste of Prince Edward Island. Chef Lino joined by Chefs Adam Loo and Chris Gibbs of ADA Culinary Studio brought Raspberry Point Oysters, PEI lobster covered in COWS Creamery cheddar on mini croissants, a rich PEI seafood and potato chowder (just the thing on a snowy night), and for the entree PEI surf & turf: beef chuck tail flat and wolf fish. "The ugliest fish I've ever seen, and the most delicious", Chef Lino.

Everything was beyond delicious and until April 5th the oysters, lobster melts and chowder are on the menu at BODEGA. Hurry in. You will love it. And try the creamy Pastel de Natas for dessert, imported from Edmonton 😊

Celebrating Loreto, Baja California Sur with local Celebrating Loreto, Baja California Sur with local writers, editors and dignitaries thanks to the team from Loreto BCS Tourism and TMAC President Jerry Grymek.

It was lovely to meet Sebastian A. Galvan Duque C., Deputy Consul of the Consulate of Mexico in Calgary and chat about the Mexico-Canada connection while enjoying delicious small plates from Anejo Restaurant on 4th Street.

While we learned about the many natural wonders of Loreto a painting was being created, and the lucky winner who got to take it home was Randy Sharman from @theinformedtraveler. The artist @yiyoph told us that he draws inspiration from the spirits of his ancestors and he hopes to send positive energy out into the world through his art.

We certainly felt the friendly, positive spirit of Loreto all night and we can't wait to visit there again.
